This website is provided so visitors can learn about Mediamatic, read articles, request help, and contact us about digital services.
Forms and ticket tools help us understand your needs. They do not automatically create a contract, quote, or guaranteed response time.
Paid work is governed by the accepted proposal, statement of work, care-plan terms, invoice terms, or other written agreement.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Mediamatic website at mediamatic.mt and any live Mediamatic website that uses these terms. The website is operated by Mediamatic, a digital agency based in Qala, Gozo, Malta.
By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, opening the client portal, uploading a file, or sending a support ticket, you agree to use the website in line with these terms.
If you become a client, these website terms sit alongside any proposal, quote, statement of work, care plan, support agreement, hosting agreement, invoice terms, or other written agreement between you and Mediamatic. If there is a conflict about paid services, the specific written agreement for that work takes priority. For referrals and rewards, the Partner Programme Terms are the specific terms and take priority over these general website terms.
Using this website
You may use this website for normal, lawful purposes: browsing our services, reading articles, making enquiries, requesting estimates, submitting support tickets, and using client-facing tools made available to you.
You must not use the website to:
- send spam, fake enquiries, malicious files, abusive content, or unlawful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to WordPress, the client portal, support tickets, files, accounts, servers, or systems;
- probe, scan, overload, scrape, copy at scale, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity, business, authority, or relationship with a client or third party;
- submit false, speculative, duplicate, harvested, or unauthorised referrals, or promise pricing, discounts, delivery dates, rewards, or outcomes on Mediamatic's behalf;
- upload confidential credentials, payment-card details, sensitive personal data, or third-party data unless we have agreed a secure method for doing so.
We may block, restrict, delete, or ignore submissions that appear abusive, automated, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to legitimate business or support enquiries.
Forms, enquiries, and consultation requests
The website includes forms for contact messages, consultation requests, estimate requests, and support tickets. When you submit a form, you are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and safe for us to process.
Submitting a form does not guarantee that Mediamatic will accept a project, provide a service, meet a requested date, or enter into a contract. We may decline enquiries that are outside our services, capacity, values, technical ability, or legal responsibilities.
If you submit information on behalf of a business, client, employer, organisation, partner, or referred person, you confirm that you have authority or another lawful basis to do so and that the information can be shared with Mediamatic for the purpose of responding to the request or managing the referral.
Where a website form includes a required checkbox, ticking it records that you agree to these Website Terms, have been given access to the Privacy Policy, and give the specific permission described beside that checkbox. This does not remove or limit any privacy rights you have under applicable law. Newsletter and other marketing consent is separate, optional, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Partner Programme and referrals
The Mediamatic Partner Programme allows eligible partners to introduce prospective clients. Submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance, exclusivity, a client contract, a reward, or any particular outcome.
Partners must provide accurate information, must not submit leads obtained through spam or unlawful data collection, and must have permission or another lawful basis to share the referred contact's details. Wherever reasonably possible, the partner should make a warm introduction or tell the referred person that Mediamatic may contact them.
Eligibility, duplicate referrals, qualifying project values, reward choices, client discounts, care-plan credits, closed-and-paid requirements, payout timing, exclusions, and programme changes are governed by the Partner Programme Terms. Those specific terms take priority for all referral and reward matters.
Mediamatic may reject or remove a referral that is inaccurate, unauthorised, duplicated, abusive, outside our services, already known to us, or otherwise ineligible under the Partner Programme Terms.
Estimates, pricing, and proposals
The estimate request form is intended to help us understand possible scope, budget, timeline, content needs, website requirements, and project complexity. Any estimate generated from a form or discussed informally is indicative only unless confirmed in a written proposal or quote.
A final price, scope, timeline, deliverables, exclusions, payment schedule, ownership position, support terms, and launch responsibility should be confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Website projects often depend on access, content, client feedback, third-party platforms, hosting, DNS, plugins, licences, payment providers, integrations, and other factors outside the website form itself. These may affect cost and timing.
Nothing on this website is a fixed quote, binding offer, guarantee of results, or promise of availability unless Mediamatic confirms it in writing.
Support tickets and the client portal
The support ticket form and client portal are provided to help Mediamatic receive, track, update, and respond to support requests. A ticket may include your contact details, affected website, issue type, priority, description, files, replies, status updates, and related support history.
Ticket priority labels help us triage requests, but they do not guarantee a specific response time unless a separate written support or care-plan agreement says so. For urgent security, downtime, or business-critical matters, include the affected website address and contact us directly as well as submitting a ticket.
Client portal access links are private and time-limited. You must not share them publicly or with anyone who should not see the support ticket. If you believe a link has been shared incorrectly, contact us so we can review access.
We may close, merge, reopen, archive, or delete tickets where appropriate for support management, security, duplicate handling, or record keeping.
Uploaded files and submitted materials
Some forms may allow you to upload screenshots, PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, CSV files, text files, or images. You are responsible for the files you upload and for ensuring you have the right to share them with Mediamatic.
You must not upload files that contain malware, unlawful material, unnecessary personal data, confidential third-party information, or credentials unless we have agreed a safer method. We may delete or refuse files that appear unsafe, excessive, irrelevant, or unsuitable.
You keep ownership of materials you submit, but you grant Mediamatic permission to use, view, copy, store, and process them as needed to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver support, investigate an issue, or provide the services you requested.
Website content, articles, and intellectual property
The text, design, structure, visual style, graphics, logos, layouts, code snippets, service descriptions, articles, and other materials on this website belong to Mediamatic or are used with permission, unless clearly stated otherwise.
You may read, link to, and share public pages in a reasonable way. You must not copy, republish, sell, scrape, reproduce, adapt, or use substantial parts of the website, branding, or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Articles and guidance on this website are general information only. They may help you understand websites, WordPress, SEO, security, support, content, marketing, and digital operations, but they are not legal, financial, security, or professional advice for your exact situation.
Third-party links, platforms, and tools
The website may link to third-party websites, tools, plugins, social platforms, payment providers, hosting companies, analytics tools, maps, email systems, or client platforms. These third parties are not controlled by Mediamatic and may have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, limitations, and security practices.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services simply because they are linked from this website. If a project uses a third-party platform, your use of that platform may also be subject to that provider's own terms.
Website availability and security
We aim to keep the website useful, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully up to date, or compatible with every device, browser, plugin, or third-party service.
We may update, remove, restrict, redirect, archive, or change website pages, forms, tools, articles, layouts, links, and functionality at any time. We may also suspend access where needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, technical issues, or legal reasons.
Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. It covers website forms, estimate requests, partner referrals, information received from other people, support tickets, the client portal, uploaded files, email delivery, security records, cookies, and your privacy rights.
By using forms or client-facing tools on this website, you should also read the Privacy Policy so you understand what data is collected and why.
Responsibility and liability
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We take reasonable care with the website and its content, but we cannot promise that every article, service description, price indication, timeline, link, file, plugin reference, or technical detail will always be complete, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediamatic is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss caused by third-party services, or decisions made solely from general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
If you rely on Mediamatic for paid services, the responsibilities, limitations, and remedies for that work should be set out in the written agreement for that service.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the website after updates means the updated terms apply from that point onward.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Malta, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Any disputes connected with website use should first be raised with Mediamatic so we can try to resolve them practically.
For questions about these terms, contact [email protected], call +356 9909 9005, or write to Mediamatic, Triq Patri Guzepp Portelli, Qala, Go
