How it works
A clear three-step referral process.
The programme rewards warm introductions made with context and permission. A name or link on its own is not enough; tell us what the business needs, why MediaMatic may be useful and whether the business is happy for us to make contact.
Introduce
Use the referral form or make a warm email or phone introduction. Confirm that the business knows MediaMatic may contact it, and keep sensitive information out of the first message.
We qualify and build
MediaMatic checks eligibility and fit, agrees scope and pricing with the client, and handles delivery directly unless a separate agency arrangement is agreed in writing.
You get rewarded
When the eligible project is agreed and the client’s qualifying payment has cleared, we confirm and process the selected referral reward.
Reward options
Choose a referral fee, client discount or care-plan credit.
The standard reward normally applies when the referred business is new to MediaMatic or not already in an active sales conversation, and the agreed project value is around EUR 1,500 or more. Smaller or unusual work is assessed case by case.
EUR 150 fee
Paid after the eligible referred project is agreed and the client’s qualifying payment has cleared.
Client discount
Offer the client a 5% discount, subject to quote approval, while keeping the EUR 150 referral fee.
Care credit
Choose EUR 200 of MediaMatic care-plan credit for your own website or a client account instead of the cash fee.

Tell us who the business is, what help it may need and confirm that it knows MediaMatic may contact it. We review new referrals within one business day. Keep the first submission high level and do not include sensitive information.
